AtomVie, Jubilant Agree to Logistics and Distribution Deal for Radiopharma Programs

Governing the collaboration is a Logistics and Regulatory Services Agreement.

Editor’s Take: Agreements such as these streamline delivery to clinical sites, while maintaining high quality, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.

AtomVie Global Radiopharma and Jubilant Radiopharma have a strategic partnership for logistics, regulatory, and last-mile distribution services.

The collaboration supports AtomVie’s growing portfolio of radiopharmaceutical programs. The two organizations submitted to a Logistics and Regulatory Services Agreement governing their work.

AtomVie and Jubilant Roles in Collab

AtomVie, a radiopharmaceutical CDMO, says the pairing further strengthens its integrated service offering.

Jubilant will support receipt, handling, regulatory compliance, and last-mile distribution of AtomVie-manufactured products across its United States network. To do this, the company plans to leverage an established distribution infrastructure, plus certain specialized capabilities. These include clinical trials, therapeutic dispensing, and eventually, commercialization.

Ideally, the design of the agreement streamlines delivery to clinical sites. But more than that, it maintains high standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance needed for radiopharmaceutical products.

Specific Needs of Radiopharma Products

“As the radiopharmaceutical sector continues to grow, establishing strong logistics and distribution capabilities is essential,” AtomVie CEO Bruno Paquin said. “Jubilant Radiopharma[‘s] extensive pharmacy network, regulatory expertise, and commitment to quality make them an ideal collaborator.”

Paquin added AtomVie will continue expanding support for customers’ clinical development programs, and build needed infrastructure to advance future therapies. The company says its customers will benefit from enhanced access to clinical trial sites and greater operational flexibility.

As for Jubilant, CEO Harsher Singh reflected on that company’s role in the new collaboration.

“Jubilant Radiopharma is committed to advancing the safe, compliant, and reliable delivery of radiopharmaceutical therapies across North America,” Singh said. “We provide the specialized infrastructure, regulatory expertise, therapeutic dispensing capabilities, and national delivery network to support radiopharmaceuticals throughout their lifecycle. Our collaboration with AtomVie reflects a shared commitment to accelerating innovation and expanding patient access to next-generation radiopharmaceutical therapies.”
